Heritage brands, real doors, no plant on our books.
When cannabis normalizes, farms and facilities turn into commodities. What holds value is a brand with history you can't fake and shelf space in the best stores.

The thesis
Own the brand, license the plant side out. A licensed operator makes and sells the cannabis product, the brand earns a commission or a royalty. Capital stays in the parts we own outright, glass, merch, software.
That keeps us asset-light in a business where most people are stuck paying for buildings. When consolidation comes, a brand in top doors with clean books is what people buy.
We don't need a hundred stores. We need the right ten, then the next ten. We'd rather own ten great doors than chase a hundred cheap ones.
